Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj acquires Suomen Voiteluainekauppa Oy
Serial acquirer Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Suomen Voiteluainekauppa Oy, a company specializing in lubricants and related technical solutions for industry, maintenance, and infrastructure construction. The acquisition is part of Auroora’s long-term growth strategy, which focuses on owning high-quality Finnish companies and developing their businesses.
The acquisition of Suomen Voiteluainekauppa adds a new and scalable product business to Auroora’s Industrial Products and Services segment. The company, founded in 2015, is well known for its high-quality product range, strong expertise, and customer-oriented, long-term solutions. In 2024, Suomen Voiteluainekauppa’s revenue amounted to approximately EUR 6.4 million, and the company employed 19 people.
The founders of Suomen Voiteluainekauppa, who acted as sellers in the transaction, will continue in key operational roles and will further accelerate the company’s growth as part of Auroora. The personnel will continue in their current roles, and the company will retain its identity within the Auroora family.
