Auroora Yhtiöt Strengthens Its Electrification and Automation Segment: Acquires WestimQpower Oy, a Provider of Energy Infrastructure Solutions

Finnish expert in low, medium, and high voltage products, WestimQpower Oy, is joining serial acquirer Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj. The companies have signed an agreement under which Auroora will acquire the entire share capital of WestimQpower. The seller is the company’s founder and CEO, Cecilia Westerholm, who will continue in her role driving the company’s growth as part of Auroora.

WestimQpower supplies high-quality products and solutions to industry, energy utilities, data centers, grid construction, renewable energy, energy storage, hospitals, and power plants. WestimQpower is known for its strong technical expertise, flexible project solutions, and comprehensive life-cycle after-sales services.

Founded in 2012, WestimQpower revenue in 2024 was approximately 6 million euros with an operating profit margin of 12%. The company employs six people.
