Varma invests in Auroora Yhtiöt
Finnish serial acquirer Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company have signed an agreement under which Varma invests 7 million euros in Auroora through a directed share issue.
“We are very pleased that Varma, Finland’s leading investor, believes in us and has joined the growing group of our shareholders,” says Antti Rauhala, CEO of Auroora Yhtiöt. “As a result of Varma’s investment our balance sheet has been further strengthened. This enables us to have the flexibility for even larger corporate transactions, supported by our strong deal flow,” Rauhala continues.
