The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved Auroora Group Plc's Finnish prospectus in connection with Auroora's planned listing on the Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange. Auroora Group Plc is a Finnish compounder that creates shareholder value by investing the cash flow generated by its subsidiaries in new, good cash flow-generating SMEs in selected segments. Auroora is a long-term owner who owns its subsidiaries permanently and offers its companies a platform for growth.

We have more than 20 group companies, employing around 850 people. Our net sales in 2025 was EUR 205.2 million.
