Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj is a Finnish compounder that creates shareholder value by investing the cash flow generated by its subsidiaries in new, good cash flow-generating SMEs in selected segments. Auroora is a long-term owner
who owns its subsidiaries permanently and offers its companies a platform for growth.
We have more than 20 group companies, employing around 800 people. Our net sales in 2025 was EUR 205.2 million (unaudited).

Electrification and Automation add
The companies are pioneers in developing new energy-efficient technologies and integrated intelligent electricity systems and networks with their partners, which enables the maximization of energy efficiency.

The companies’ strong engineering and industrial expertise is a key asset, which is reflected in the provision of high-quality industrial products and special services to the global market.
Clean Water and Environmental Technology add
The companies are pioneers in water treatment technology and related services with the goal of significantly reducing the environmental footprint.
