Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct applies to all our employees, regardless of their position or the nature of their employment. We emphasize the importance of complying with laws and regulations and necessitate that our subsidiaries and affiliates also adhere to the same principles. We also apply these principles to our business partners and necessitate that parties outside the company comply with them in relevant parts when acting with or on behalf of us.

Whistleblowing

We require our entire organization and employees to comply with the principles of the Code of Conduct in their daily work and with the legislation applicable to our organization. Everyone must also actively prevent misconduct and report any potential violations or deficiencies immediately. Observations should primarily be reported to one's own supervisor or their supervisor.

We also have a confidential Whistleblowing channel through which our personnel and external stakeholders can report any misconduct they observe.
