Auroora Group Plc is a Finnish serial acquirer and long-term industrial owner that creates shareholder value through acquisitions, operational development and active ownership. Auroora invests the cash flow generated by its Group companies in new, high-quality SMEs in selected segments, enabling a long-term compounding effect and providing its companies with a platform for sustainable growth.

We have more than 20 group companies, employing around 850 people. Our net sales in 2025 was EUR 205.2 million.

Compounder operating model

<p>With us, the companies continue to operate independently as part of a community built by entrepreneurs. Under the compounder model, each company operates under its own name, brand and strategy, but becomes stronger as part of Auroora.</p>

<p>We are looking for growth in three segments: Electrification and Automation, Clean Water and Environmental Technology, and Industrial Products and Services. In addition to these, we are exploring growth opportunities in new segments.</p>
