Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj acquires Rammy Oy, an ATV accessories product company

Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj has acquired the entire share capital of Rammy Oy. Rammy is a fast-growing Finnish product company that designs and manufactures front-mounted attachments for ATVs and UTVs. The acquisition strengthens Auroora’s Industrial Products and Services segment and expands its presence in the growing compact machinery and aftermarket accessory markets.

Rammy is known for its high-performing quality products — including mowers, snow blowers, and blades — engineered for demanding year-round use. The company has experienced strong growth in recent years both in Finland and international markets. Founded in 2013, Rammy is headquartered and manufactures its products in Toivala, Siilinjärvi.

Strengthening Auroora’s industrial growth and product development

Rammy targets its next stage of international growth

Rammy’s founder and Managing Director Tomi Piironen will continue leading the company following the acquisition.
